I'm so excited!
We also met with our Realtor for the first time today...Signed the documents...Discussed the prices, locations, desires, etc. etc. etc....
Our Realtor said she would have us purchased by April 30th!
Easily...
We want that government money, damnit!
Holy crap...That's a little over a month away!
