Fatima Rose.

Fatima Rose Josephine Toure.
Probably one of the most beautiful and elegant names in the world; for the most beautiful little girl in the world.
Happy Ninth Birthday, Fatima Rose.
As you get older and things become more complicated, please remember how truly beautiful and unique you are.
You are a distinct and amazing little girl; something to be treasured in a world filled with similarities.

"It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are." -E.E. Cummings.

May you always have the courage to be you.
With Love,
Auntie Jessi

Chevron Rug.

After 7 years we finally retired our area rug and replaced it with chevron stripes.
We like it.
Miss Indiana's pretty cute too, right.? We won't be replacing her anytime soon.
Happy Day,
-Jess.

In Review...

2011. Another year has left us.
I love looking back on all of the amazing memories Blake and I created together.
We napped with baby,
played in the snow,
and said farwell to 10+ inches of hair.
We celebrated Indiana's ridiculous first birthday,
attended our very first Living Wake,
and had adventures in gardening for the first time.
We road-tripped it to Yellowstone,
searched for new destinations in our very own backyard,
and relished our short time of summer concerts, baseball, and fireworks.
We went camping,
celebrated four years of marriage,
and I finally ran my first half-marathon.
Most importantly...Our time was spent with our family, the people we love most.
2012 is going to bring us good things. I can feel it.
-Jess.
