Thank You.

Today was a terrible day.
Have you ever had that feeling where you just can't get anything right?
Today was that day....One thousand times repeated.
Today was such a horrible day that I literally burst into tears almost the same moment I walked through the front door.
To make me feel better, Blake took me out.
We went to the batting cages and I was able to let out some major frustration.
We went mini golfing, which is simply a good time.
Then we went for some Noodles & Co.
Love that place.
My husband always knows how to make me feel better.
He makes me feel important.
He makes me feel loved.
Anyways....Just wanted to say thanks to the amazing man that is my husband!
Love You Blake!

Mates.

Of State.Love these two.
Loved the show they put on this past Friday.
Thank goodness we have friends that allow us to tag along with them on their adventures.
(Thank you, Curtis and Ash!)
I've been listening to their album nonstop since the show.
Its amazing how hearing someone perform live changes the amount of appreciation you have for them as an artist.
Mates of State are truly talented.
And truly in love.

Miss Indi.

Miss Indiana had her spay done today.
She's been so lazy and sleepy all afternoon and evening.
I want my fun little baby girl back!
I'm so sad for her.
And I hate seeing her like this.
I miss her energy around the house already.
All we can do is hope she heals quickly so that we can play, play, play again real soon!
Get better soon baby girl!

Three.

Three years.
Blake and I have been married for three years today.
More than that...We're nearly celebrating our sixth year together as a couple.
Can you believe it?
Six years ago, this little lost nineteen year old girl found the absolute love of her life in the library on Dixie State Campus.
So far, I have had the time of my life with Blake.
And I only look forward to more good times to come.
It can only get better from here.
Truly...we are the best of friends.
There is positively no one else I'd rather spend my time with.
Even if he has the flu. ( ;
I love you Blake.
~~~
To celebrate the day, I woke up and made a steak and egg breakfast for Blake and I...Yum.
Shortly after, we went mountain biking around our house.
There are so many trails around here.
Hopefully we hit them all soon.We took a ride/hike up the mountain behind our house and looked down upon the life we've created for ourselves over these past few years.We also visited the mountain bike course less than two blocks away from us.
It was very cool...We'll definitely be going back soon.Later, we enjoyed a fabulous couples massage, and a trip to the sauna.
We ended the night with some amazing sushi, champagne, and a cheesy romance movie.
It was the best day.
Spent with the best person.
My best friend.
I love you Blake!
Cheers to many more happy years to come.
Goodbye Sweet Summer.
Labor Day marks the end of summer and the beginning of fall.
It seems everyone gets together for that last weekend in the sun.
Our weekend was spent with good family, good friends, and each other.
We hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Goodbye Sweet Summer.
Hello Fall.
The Freaking Weekend.
I am very excited.
Blake and I get to enjoy another weekend off together.
And...its a holiday weekend.
We never get those.
We're going to stay local and enjoy what we have around us.
First...we're going to be looking for a junker car for Blake.
All he wants is something to take back and forth to work.
His truck just isn't very gas friendly.
So we're willing to spend a few grand to get a runner car.
And that's all it will be...
Liability only, anyone?
I think so!
We're also planning on doing some local hiking.
I've never hiked the Timpanogos Caves or the 'Y' before.
We're thinking of definitely hiking one of those...Maybe even both.
Unfortunately, Timpanogos isn't very dog friendly, which means Indiana will have to stay behind...Boo!
And...We're definitely going fishing.
I think we'll head up Hobble Creek for this venture.
Anyone want to join?
Sunday is family dinner night at our house.
Twice a month, we're going to be treating our family to dinner at our place.
I think I'm going to make a pot roast on Sunday...Yum.
Enjoy your weekend, everyone.
Quick. Before the weather turns cold.
